• Scope of Services: MediNav Health provides healthcare navigation, appointment coordination, and emotional support. We do not diagnose medical conditions or prescribe medications.
• Payment Terms:
– Payment is due before or at the time of service.
– We accept credit cards, PayPal, and electronic bank transfers.
– Cancellation Policy: Cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment to avoid a 50% cancellation fee.
• User Responsibilities:
– Provide full, accurate medical history.
– Be on time for calls/visits.
– Notify us of any condition changes ASAP.
• Limitation of Liability:
– MediNav Health is not liable for medical outcomes or decisions.
– Use our services at your own risk; always follow your licensed provider’s advice.
